The fishing quota allocated to the United Kingdom for the stock of herring 2013 shall be deemed to be exhausted as from 8 March 2013. Therefore fishing for that species in European Union and international waters of I and II shall be prohibited for fishing vessels flying the flag of or registered in the United Kingdom.
