This Regional Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of environmental audit and is aimed at ensuring constitutional right of citizens to favourable environment and ensuring environmental security. Regional environmental audit shall be applicable to: (a) normative, technical and methodological documentation in the sphere of environmental protection validated by regional state bodies, including setting fishing and hunting quotas, acclimatization and hybridization of wild fauna species; (b) economic activities involving construction and other processing activities having environmental impact, procurement and recycling of scrap metal; (c) pharmaceutical activities, involving prohibited crops; and (d) ecological inspection of the territory with a view of attributed protected area status thereto.
