The Regulation sets a maximum quota for pout trawl-fishing in the North Sea Economic Zone, whereby a factor of 6.0 is applied to these activities carried out by vessels with pelagic trawl permit. Maximum quotas for pout in the EU zone is calculated by applying factor 0.8.
