Commission Implementing Decision 2013/218/EU authorising Member States to adopt certain derogations pursuant to Directive 2008/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the inland transport of dangerous goods.
Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Lithuania and the United Kingdom are authorized to adopt certain derogations from the prescriptions laid down under Directive 2008/68/EC as regards the transport of dangerous goods.
