This Regional Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of environmental audit. The Governor shall be responsible for the organization of environmental audit at the regional level. Environmental audit of specific objects shall be carried out by expert commission formed by the authorized regional state institution in the sphere of environmental audit. The outcome of state environmental audit performed by expert commission shall be conclusion that after validation thereof by the authorized regional state institution shall acquire status of the official result of state environmental audit.
