This Decree grants permanent protection to the following plant species: Strawberry (DRISSTRA WONE, DRISSTRA WTWO, DRISSTRA WTHREE), and three kinds of wheat. The protection of the aforementioned species shall enter into force on the date of the issuance of the Protection Certificate and shall expire in accordance with article 193 of Law No. 82 of 2002.
