Decree No. 73/2011 which provides details on the determination of significant and sustained upward trends in concentration of pollutants in groundwater.

The aim of this Decree of the Ministry of Environment is to lay down measures to prevent and control groundwater pollution. The monitoring of groundwater quality must be designed to detect significant and sustained upward trends in concentrations of pollutants or groups of pollutants identified by groundwater quality standards and threshold values ??as a factor that contributes to the characterization of groundwater body or group of bodies with the of failing to achieve good groundwater chemical status.
