The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the emission of noise from construction sites. Article 1 fixes the maximum noise emission applicable to specific machines. Article 3 establishes that the local authority may - on application - in individual cases authorize machines with stronger noise emission. The text consists of 12 articles.
