Commission Directive 2013/41/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include 1R-trans phenothrin as an active substance in Annex I thereto.

This Directive amends Annex I to Directive 98/8/EC by including 1R-trans phenothrin in the list of active substances for plant protection products aid down therein.
