Regulation establishing the measures for early detection and diagnosis of infectious diseases as transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, the manner for the correct implementation of rules, as well as measures to prevent the spread, control and eradication of infectious diseases.

This Regulation establishes various measures necessary for the early detection and diagnosis of infectious diseases transmissible as spongiform encephalopathies, the methods for the correct and prescribed implementation of the sanitary measures, as well as measures to prevent the spread, control and eradication of infectious diseases. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to animals, food of animal origin, animal feed, and the feeding of farm animals.
