The present Law regulates powers, measures and responsibilities for ensuring public safety and order in objects of abandoned mining activities not subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Mining Act. Article 4 establishes that the significant modification or commercial use of object of abandoned mining activities and the modification, construction or commercial of underground cavities are subject to authorization by the competent authority. The text consists of 12 articles.
