This Ministerial Decree validates the modalities of reimbursement of expenditure for cultivation of plantations of fast growing tree and shrubbery species, and promotion of private forest nurseries. Ministry of Environmental Protection shall be state manager of the afforestation and reforestation program with the period of validity of 5-10 years. Cultivation of plantations of fast growing tree and shrubbery species, and promotion of private forest nurseries shall be assigned through public tenders. Projected plantations and forest nurseries shall be authorized by state manager in the presence of positive conclusion of environmental audit. Relations between state manager of the program and the contractor shall be regulated by contracts.
