Commission Implementing Directive 2014/20/EU determining Union grades of basic and certified seed potatoes, and the conditions and designations applicable to such grades.

This Directive lays down the conditions to be fulfilled by basic seed potatoes in order to be marketed as “Union grade S”. These conditions include prior inspection. Annex I sets forth conditions for basic seed potatoes, whilst Annex II lays down minimum conditions for certified seed potatoes.
