This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of setting up and turnover of emission units, units of certified reduction of emissions, units of absorption of greenhouse gases as envisaged by the international agreements signed by the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aforesaid operations shall be performed by the national operator of the state register of carbon units within clean development mechanism. National operator shall set up and put into circulation on the national territory the established quantity of carbon units, units of reduction and units of absorption of emissions.
