The present Ordinance implements the Federal Hop Act of 21 October 1996 (BGBl. I p. 1530). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Hop Act. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Hop cultivation areas in Sachsen-Anhalt (1); Competence (2); Certifying organs (3); Implementation of certification (4); Entry into force, repeal (5). Two Annexes are enclosed.
