This Law provides all standards and rules aimed to implement the concrete stimulation of agricultural production on the territory of the Brcko District, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Law includes provisions that are related also to: the funds and economical matters, incentives, persons who are entitled to incentives, allocation and use of resources, the structure of incentives, and the official supervision of the Law enforcement and/or effective implementation. This Law is divided into 8 Chapters and 22 articles, including all offences and related penalties.
