Regulation on rapid information exchange system relating to products posing a risk to the health and safety of consumers.

This Regulation provides all necessary procedures and contents aimed to correctly define the rapid alert system on measures and actions related to products with a potential serious risk to the health and safety of consumers (RAPEX). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
