By virtue of powers vested by section 3A of the Forest Conservation Ordinance as amended by Act, No. 13 of 1966, Act, No. 56 of 1979, Act, No. 13 of 1982, Act, No. 84 of 1988, Act, No. 23 of 1995 and Act, No. 65 of 2009 of chapter 451, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, the Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Mahagama Forest of 515,2962 Hectares bounded limit set forth in the Schedule hereto as Mahagama Conservation Forest from 1 July 2012.
