This Joint Norm, consisting of 12 articles and 4 Annexes, regulates the authorization procedures for use and return of waste products containing as active ingredient the substance Emamectin Benzoate "authorized in temporary emergency basis" in order to control the pest Helicoverpa armigera, in order to suppress the pest in declared counties as established by Order MAPA No. 32 of 13 January 2014.
