Regional Decree No. 105 validating the Regulation on “On provision of full-rate nutrition to pregnant and breastfeeding women, and also to children until three years of age.

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of provision of full-rate nutrition to pregnant and breastfeeding women, and also to children until three years of age through special nutrition points in accordance with doctor’s opinion. The aforesaid doctor’s opinion shall be issued to pregnant women upon completion of 12 week pregnancy period by the public healthcare institutions and to nursing mothers until completion of 12 months of age by children and to legal representatives of children under three years of age. Nutrition shall be provided beginning from the month of the application date. Provision of full-rate nutrition shall be performed in the form of supply of multipack of foodstuffs.
