This Act concerns the subdivision of land into units and the establishment of rights relating to such units and provides rules relative to unit titles. The Act also concerns development of land and rights in relation with common property related to the property subdivided into units. Special provisions shall apply to leasehold lands. The subdivision of land into units shall be effected by the deposit of a plan describing the units in their relation to a building or buildings already erected on the land.
