Regional Councils Amendment Act, 2000 (No. 30 of 2000).

This Act amends the Regional Councils Act, 1992, so as to provide with respect to, among other things: decentralisation as defined in section 1 of the Decentralisation Enabling Act, 2000, committees and regulation-making powers of regional councils and the Minister.
