This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the model form for SISP Registration Title of establishments approved and registered by the Inspection Center for Animal Product Protection. It defines that every establishment registered by the Inspection Center for Animal Products Group Animal Health Protection will receive a SISP Registration Title (according to the model in Annex). This title will be valid by observing the following: be signed by the Director of CIPOA; be printed on letterhead and sealed by SISP; registration issued to date are still valid. Updated details of the Title Registration must be notified in advance and requested through the process so that, after approval by CIPOA.
