Order No. 1101 on entry into force of Act on sharing information for the use of genetic resources.

The Order sets date of entry of Act No. 1375 to 12 October 2014. The Ministry of Environment – Nature Agency – is the assigned authority administering this Act and shall implement provisions in accordance to EU regulation No. 511/2014. Appendix 1 - REGULATION (EU) No 511/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on compliance measures for users from the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization in the Union.
