This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of operation of the unified state automated directory and documentation system related to registration of timber and transactions therewith. Users of the aforesaid system shall be state bodies, local government, legal persons, including individual entrepreneurs, and natural persons. Operation of the system envisages, inter alia, registration of users, automated data collection and data processing, verification of the completeness and reliability of information, and storage of information.
