Regulation respecting the conditions and cases where authorization is required from the Régie de l'énergie (CQLR c. R-6.01, r. 2).

The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the Régie de l'énergie. Section 1 lists the cases for which an authorization is required; whereas section 2 establishes the required details an application for authorization shall contain. The text consists of 6 sections.
