Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 978/2014 amending Regulation (EU) No. 165/2011 providing for deductions from certain mackerel quotas allocated to Spain in 2011 and subsequent years on account of overfishing in 2010.
The Annex to Regulation (EU) No. 165/2011 is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation. It sets out the fishing quota for mackerel (Scomber scombrus) in zone VIIIc, IX and X; EU waters of CECAF 34.1.1 allocated to Spain.
