This Regulation prescribes the performances and safety characteristics of the simple pressure packaging (vessel, means any welded vessel subjected to internal overpressure of more than 0.5 bar), which is intended for air or nitrogen and not fuel. The provisions and technical requirements provided by this Regulation are also aimed to define the production standards, mandatory safety issues and other processing, labelling and trading rules. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
