This Resolution, consisting of 15 articles, establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from authorization for wildlife management within the State of São Paulo, and creates the Integrated Wildlife Management System (GEFAU). The technical analysis of requests will be done under the responsibility of the Department of Wildlife, the Coordinator of Biodiversity and Natural Resources (DeFau/CBRN). The Prior Authorization (AP) allows the registration of new activity or management of wildlife (listed in article 10). The above mentioned Integrated Wildlife Management System consists of a computerized system, accessed through the World Wide Web, used as a database and management of activities and wildlife management in the State of São Paulo.
