This Resolution, consisting of four Chapters, regulates the application of penalties for irregularities in the provision of water supply and sanitation public services. Violations of the laws, regulations and contractual arrangements for the delivery and sale of water and sanitary sewage shall oblige the Concessionaire to pay offences and penalties in the following forms: warning; fine; forfeiture.
