Regulation on the radioactive control for goods during import, export and transit.

This Regulation establishes: all necessary standards and official method and manner for the mandatory control over the possible presence of radioactivity during import, export and transit (across the borders of the Republic of Serbia) of food, drinking water, feed, fertilizers, medicines, common goods, construction materials, metal products, primary form, mineral resources, secondary raw materials and other goods; the procedure for the correct monitoring and intervention when something illegal is detected. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
