This Resolution, consisting of 15 articles and one Annex, establishes procedures for simplified environmental licensing related to electrical projects with low potential environmental impact. The procedures and deadlines set forth in this Resolution apply at any level of jurisdiction and the above mentioned environmental licensing include: hydroelectric plants and associated systems; Thermal power plants and associated systems; Electric power transmission systems (transmission lines and substations); Wind power plants and other alternative energy sources.
