This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and concrete technical issues governing the methods for the correct and secure microbiological analyzes and super analyzes on food samples (general foodstuff and food for human consumption) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Substrates and other materials used in the performance of microbiological analyzes and super analyzes (meat and meat products; milk and milk products; other foodstuffs) must be sterile in terms of their composition and quality to meet the requirements specified by this Regulation and in order to obtain true data. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
