This Regulation provides all necessary standards and information aimed to determine the compatibility/microbiological safety of various types of food on the national market. Main issues of this Regulation are made for the concrete verification of the microbiological compatibility of the following groups of foodstuff: meat and meat products; milk and milk products; spices, protein products and additives; other foodstuffs.
