This Norm, consisting of three Chapters divided into 30 articles, establishes phytosanitary measures for the prevention and control of soybean rust within the State of Mato Grosso. It prohibits the cultivation of soyabean establishes annually, and authorised seasons, the mandatory registration of property and area(s) producer(s) of soybeans. In addition, responsibility for registration(s) of property(s) and area(s) of soy producer(s) is specified in text according the different land ownership. Exceptionally the INDEA-MT may authorize the cultivation and maintenance of living soybean plants in the period of sanitary closed season.
