This Regulation prescribes various rules and requirements aimed to define the: concrete hygiene and sanitary conditions; technical issues and spatial requirements; construction and reconstruction provisions; storage and various other standards necessary for the implementation of minimum food safety conditions in order to preserve the consumers health.
