This Regulation defines the quality and various other requirements for meat products that must be met in production and trade, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, at all stages. This Regulation further defines the concrete administrative and technical obligations of the manufacturer, all necessary requirements governing the mandatory product/production process specifications, the testing of quality requirements (sensory, physical and chemical characteristics), as well as data for the labelling and marking of packed food.
