The present Regulation is made under the Clean Air Act. Section 3 of the Regulation establishes that the Appeal Regulation - Clean Environment Act, being New Brunswick Regulation 84-179 under the Clean Environment Act, applies with the necessary modifications to an appeal from an order, designation or decision made under the Act or the Regulations.
