This Regulation lays down framework rules for collecting and managing biological, environmental, and social-economical data required for the National Fishery Strategy. The Regulation is composed of the following Chapters: General provision (I); Responsible authorities (II); Requirements for data collection (III); Data management (IV); Data usage (V); Support for the scientific research (VI); Final provisions (VII).
