This Regulation establishes and prescribes concrete rules and requirements for the necessary education, training and certification of professional figures performing the job defined as winemakers and viticulture cultivator (wine grower), including the objectives of the training program, teaching contents, forms of administrative requirements, minimum duration of the program and official examination provisions, further defining the minimum didactic and spatial conditions for the implementation of the program, expected results, knowledge and skills that will be acquired, conditions for enrollment and many more, all related to the wine making sector and its qualified personnel on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
