This Regional Law regulates activities in the sphere of seed growing of agricultural crops by the authorized regional executive body. Seed growing system shall incorporate natural and legal persons, performing activities related to production and processing of originators, elite seeds and reproduction seeds, with the assistance of specialized scientific research institutions and experimental seed growing agricultural enterprises and farms. State support of seed growing practices shall include public investments, state regulation of prices, preferential taxation terms, preferential credits, compensation of expenditure for seed growing and other economic subsidies.
