This Regional Law sets forth preferential water charges for cold water supply, hot water supply and (or) sewerage. It also establishes the modalities of compensation to water supplying and sewerage organizations out of regional budget in the form of subsidies to legal persons. Natural persons that are regional residents to application of preferential rates of water charges.
