This Governor’s Decree establishes validates the following types of hunting (except for hunting in protected areas): (a) commercial hunting; (b) artisanal and sport hunting; (c) hunting for scientific research and educational purposes; (d) hunting for the purpose of regulation of the number of species subject to hunting; (e) hunting for acclimatization, transfer, stock enhancement and hybridization of species subject to hunting; and (f) hunting for captive breeding of specie subject to hunting.
