The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Manitoba Turkey Producers’ Marketing Board to regulate the marketing of turkeys in interprovincial and export trade. Moreover, the afore-mentioned Board is empowered to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of Manitoba who are engaged in the production or marketing of turkeys and use the revenue for its purposes.
