This Decree, consisting of 29 articles and four Annexes, establishes the Electronic Guide for Animal Transit (e-GTA) within the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. The e-GTA may be used throughout the State and authorized for all animal species for all purposes. The veterinary units will be responsible for local service of IAGRO (UVL/IAGRO) and directly by farmers through the web, according to guidelines established by the MAP/IAGRO, defined by the national health programmes.
