It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to monitor the implementation of the National Action Plan for the Conservation of Sharks and Marine Rays - PAN Sharks, in accordance with the scheme established by General Coordination Management for Conservation, Research Board, Evaluation and Biodiversity monitoring of the Institute Chico Mendes.
