This Regulation defines the general conditions for electricity supply, by providing various general energy and technical conditions, and economic relations between producers, distributors, suppliers, network users and consumers of electricity, including the rules for the implementation of requirements for obtaining the electric power permit (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
