These Measures, consisting of 26 articles, are formulated in order to strengthen the management of forest seed quality. The Measures provide for the rules and requirements to be satisfied for quality management on forest seed production, processing, packaging, storage, inspection, and other activities. Quality inspection shall be conducted on the production of main forest commodity seeds in accordance with the relevant national standards. Forest commodity seeds which cannot meet the national standards for quality shall not be used for sale.
