Measures for the development of the pre-feasibility study reports of the wind farms.

The purpose of these Measures is to standardize the development of pre-feasibility study reports of the wind farms. The Measures consist of 15 articles. The Measures provides for: the basis and tasks of wind farm pre-feasibility study reports, and the content and technical requirements thereof. The requirements for environment impact assessment are given in Article 15.
