The present Decision implements the State Treaty on the merger of the Rhine Waterway Directorates Basel and the Rhine Harbours of the Canton Basel-Landschaft into an Institute under public law with its own l legal personality under the name “Swiss Rhine Harbours (Rhine Harbour Treaty). In particular, the Decision lays down fees charged by the Swiss Rhine Harbours for various shipping licenses. The text consists of 10 articles.
